Job Description: 

Job Duties:  Provide recreational activities to patients, document observations and progress toward Goals of patients in the medical record.  Set treatment goals.  Assist with planning, implementation and evaluation of activities and special events.  Requirements: HS diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be able to work effectively with children and adolescents.  Experience in planning and implementing individual and group activities.  

Necessary Skills/Experience: 
HS Diploma
Schedule Requirements: 
Looking for someone to do Recreation Activity 8 hours on Saturday and Sundays and one 4 hour evening shift during the week. Also looking for someone for 4 hrs in the evening Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday Saturday and Sunday
Pay Opportunities: 
minimum 9.00 hour
